Reservation & Hotel Cancellation Policies

Thank you for choosing to make a reservation on our website. Please read and agree to the Reservation & Hotel policies.

Check-In

Standard check-in time is 12:00 noon.

Check-in before standard time is subject to room availability.

For early morning check-in, a reservation for one night advance with charge of an additional full day is recommended.

Check-Out

Standard check-out time is 12:00 noon.

Late check-out requests before 6:00 pm time is subject to a late check-out charge of 50% discount from the existing room rate.
A full-day charge will be levied for any late check-out after 6:00 pm and is subject to room availability.

Hotel Policies

  • No Show, No Refund
  • All Guests need to present valid photo identification ID Proof at the time of check-in. Identification proofs accepted are Aadhar Card, Driving License, Voter ID card, and Passport. Without Original copy of valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check-in. For Foreign Nationals are required to present their passport and valid visa. PAN card is not accepted as a valid ID card.
  • Locals and unmarried couples are not allowed for check-in. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at the time of check-in.
  • No Visitors are allowed in the Guest rooms at any point of time
  • All the Rooms are Non Smoking Rooms
  • Extra Mattress will be provided for Triple Occupancy bookings.
  • In case of any damage is done to the hotel property by guests during their stay, it will be the sole accountability of the guest that made the booking and Hotel will levy damage charges as deemed fit.
  • Hotel will charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement for the New Year Eve on the stay during respective periods, such charges also to be paid at the hotel directly.
  • Hotel have Rights to revise this hotel policy from time to time at its discretion with the view to making the policy more user-friendly.

Guest Room Usage Policy

Storing combustible, hazardous, or banned items in guest rooms is strictly prohibited. Use or possession of narcotics, drugs, or any substance banned under Indian law is not allowed.

Items such as poker chips/cards (gambling), Bluetooth/wired speakers, hookahs, firearms, and flammable materials are not permitted in the hotel.

Guests must not engage in or permit any illegal activity, including those under the Telangana Gaming Act, Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, or any applicable laws.

If any such activity is found within the hotel premises, it will be reported to the Telangana Police without exception.

Cancellation Policies

  • Cancellation policy vary from room type to type and also the offer selected
  • If any refunds, refund will be processed in 7-10 Working days to the original mode of payment.
  • Sometimes an unintentional mistake of publishing inaccurate information on the site may occur (e.g. the price, description or availability). In such rare instance we reserve the right to modify/cancel your booking at any time up to the point of travel, even if you have received confirmation from us, and you will receive a full refund of advance already paid. No further compensation will be payable in such event.
